Do you know the usefulness of the command in AutoCAD ? Let's check the explaination.

  • ZOOM command
ZOOM command is a command that used for enlarge or minimize objects on the display screen of
          AutoCAD.

  • PAN command
PAN command is a command for move objects on the screen display of AutoCAD.

Practicing making Arc and Circle object

Resuming the previous object, now you will try to enlarge a full screen object display using a Zoom-Extents. Then, you enlarge one piece of object using Zoom-Window. Doing PAN command for shift the display. The last one is doing Zoom-All for seeing the overall object.

  1. Resuming the previous example.
  2. You run the ZOOM-Extents command for make objects appear one full screen

Command Input Method

Command Input Method AutoCAD 2012

In AutoCAD 2012 there are two method that you can use for make a command AutoCAD. The first method with typing command that you want on command line. And the second method is with clicking toolbar on ribbon bar.
That method have an excellence's and weaknesses. The excellence of the first method is that can be faster  than the second method if you know the commands in AutoCAD. The weakness of the first method is that you must know the commands in AutoCAD.
The excellence of the second method is that's more easier to use for you who are new to using AutoCAD, because the commands represented by pictorial toolbar. The toolbars have been grouped by category so it is easier to find. But the weakness of the second method is that you will quite troublesome to access commands in AutoCAD, because in delineation process in AutoCAD you will busy to changing one command to another command. This is the review :

a. Typing Command

For the first method , here you will make a line using Line command. Line command run with typing in command line. These are the Instruction :
